I spent more than four decades in the boardrooms and field offices of global enterprise. I have led teams across cultures I had to earn the right to understand. I have navigated crises, career crossroads, and the quiet moments where great leaders either rise or plateau.

I did not set up MMA Mentoring to build a business. I did it because it is time to give back. The knowledge I carry — on leadership, on human connection, on building a career in harmony with a life — was forged in the field. It cannot be learned in a classroom.

My proudest outcome is not a revenue number. It is the mentee who tells me: "You made a difference in my life." Not just their career. Their life.
